Using Orin
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Orin. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding access to your account, and all activity performed through it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Connected services and authorization
Orin can interact with third-party accounts only when you connect them or otherwise authorize access. You authorize Orin to access, process, and act on information from those services as needed to follow your instructions. You remain responsible for reviewing important actions and for complying with the terms and policies of each connected service. You may disconnect a service at any time.
AI-generated results
Orin uses automated systems that can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results. You should review outputs and consequential actions before relying on them. Orin is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and you should not use it for high-risk decisions without qualified human review.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Orin a limited license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service and carry out your instructions. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content and instructions you provide.
Acceptable use
You may not use Orin to:
- Violate law or the rights of another person.
- Send spam, facilitate fraud, impersonate others, or deceive.
- Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Distribute malware or interfere with the service.
- Circumvent security, usage limits, or safeguards, or attempt to extract confidential system information.
Our service and intellectual property
Orin and its software, design, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Orin AI Inc. or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback may be used by us without restriction or obligation.
Third-party services
Orin relies on third-party services and may link to or interact with them. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or independent actions. Your use of them remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify the service and these terms over time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. You may stop using Orin at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orin AI Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
